The Brief
A project set by the Creative Director of BodyBound for module 'Pattern Cutting and Construction 2'. To create a Menswear jacket that would be in-keeping with the aesthetic of the brand, whilst still drawing from new inspiration and referring to historical garments. To create something innovative and original, that is not influenced by fleeting trends.

Collection Statement
Drawing inspiration from portrayals of immortality in sci-fi TV, we are left questioning how far the human life-span can be extended, whilst still remaining genetically human and without compromising our morality. This collection aims to deter dystopia by creating protective, upgradeable garments, that will last a lifetime, no matter how long that may be.
