This collection focuses on the Japanese principle of Kintsukuroi, where broken pottery is repaired using gold lacquer. If applied to anxiety, which can stem from a desire for perfection; by allowing mistakes to occur we can find beauty and positivity. This is portrayed through the collection with misplaced seam lines in reparatory gold, creating patchworks of hopeful whites and anxious blues and Macrame to physically embody the build of anxiety, showing a transgression between these states of mind.
