Capsule Collection
Focusing on the discipline of Ballet, this collection explores the pain behind the beauty. Colours explore the range of tones found in bruising and scars, decorative stitching is reminiscent of hand sewn point shoes, and silhouette looks to the contrast between the stunning shapes ballerinas make and the skeletal/muscular structures brought to their limits underneath the surface. Kinesiology tape shows determination to conceal pain, dancing through injury and achieving a sense of grace and elegance few can.
